How We Work

Show, don't sell. Measure, don't hope.

Both service lines run on the same pipeline — and the same architecture philosophy that keeps our systems alive in production.

The pipeline

1
Discover

Find the opportunity — a bleeding process, or an unworked market.

2
Score

Rank by ROI. Only the top of the list earns effort.

3
Demo

A working demonstration before any commitment.

4
Engage

Fixed scope, clear target, short first phase.

5
Deliver

Production software or booked meetings — not decks.

6
Measure

Hours saved or revenue closed, reported plainly.

AI where it thinks. Code where it must not fail.

Most business logic is deterministic — it should run the same way every time. AI is probabilistic — brilliant at judgment, unreliable at bookkeeping. Systems fail when those get mixed up. We keep them separated in three layers:

1 · Playbooks

Plain-language operating procedures that say what should happen and why — readable by your team, not buried in code.

2 · Judgment (AI)

AI reads the playbook, routes the work, handles the exceptions, and asks a human when the call is genuinely ambiguous.

3 · Execution (code)

Deterministic, tested software does the actual work — API calls, records, documents — the same way, every time, with an audit trail.

Errors compound: a system that's 90% reliable per step is a coin flip after five steps. Pushing the repeatable work into deterministic code is why our automations survive contact with reality.

The toolchain matters too: we use powerful AI platforms — Pureblue.ai and others — which is how we move from discovery to working software in weeks, not quarters.

The team

Engineering: a veteran founder — three decades of shipping commercial software, two AI platforms built and in production — with a hand-picked international senior team that has delivered together for years: design, front end, back end, workflow systems, QA. Time zones work in your favor: questions asked at 5pm are answered by morning.

Sales: career closers, not appointment-setters — a decade of full-cycle B2B SaaS and cybersecurity-compliance sales on one side of the table, and enterprise software dealcraft (75 new customers in nine months, in one regional run) on the other — backed by a vetted, crowdsourced rep network around the world for reach in any market, any time zone.

No bench. No juniors learning on your dime. The people you talk to are the people who build — and the people who sell.
